Where it runs

Three settings this is built for, end to end: what stands where, what a person does, and what comes back.

Turkish Aerospace

Crews on shift work in manufacturing, maintenance and flight test.

Where: A wall panel or a tablet by the door of the bay, on the way in.
What they do: Four short drills before a shift. Tap a name, run them, walk on. No account, no phone, no app to remember.

What comes back

A number per drill, on the screen, to the person who just ran it.
A private history that person can open later from their own device.
Team averages for a supervisor - the group, never a ranking of names.

A result belongs to the person who produced it. Nothing here is a fitness-for-duty test and nothing on the screen tells anybody they are unfit to work.

Schools

Classes from about age seven, and the teachers and counsellors around them.

Where: A shared board at the front of the room, or a tablet passed down a row.
What they do: One short game, taken as a turn rather than a test. Three minutes, then the next child.

What comes back

A score the child sees themselves, framed as a go rather than a grade.
A class view for the teacher: what the group has measured, not who is best.
A profile that follows the child rather than the classroom they sat in.

Children are the reason the strictest rules here exist. No percentile, no ranking, no label - and a cohort figure is only ever shown once enough people have consented that no individual can be read out of it.

Municipalities

Youth centres, community centres and public sports facilities.

Where: A wall panel in an open room, used by whoever walks up to it.
What they do: A round in the two minutes somebody has while they are waiting. Competition mode when there are two people and a reason.

What comes back

A result on the wall, to the person standing in front of it.
Nothing kept against anybody who did not ask for an account.
Counts for the centre - how much the board is used, and nothing about who used it.

A screen in a public room has no idea who is standing at it, and this one does not pretend to. Identity arrives from a phone the player already holds, or it does not arrive at all.

There is no validated order, no cadence, and no norm behind the four numbers - each drill gives back what it measured, for the person who ran it. Training and self-tracking, not a diagnostic tool.

How a crew runs it
